*20 *Ambient air temperature in the Hussmann right-side open-air merchandiser was measured at 46°F.
Products within were relocated to alternate refrigeration during inspection.
No time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods are permitted to be stored in this equipment until unit is maintaining temperature at 41°F and below.
 Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
45 1. Rust is present in the bins of the 3-compartment sink.
Remove surface rust or replace sink if necessary to allow for proper washing, rinsing and sanitizing of wares.

2. The door to the walk-in cooler does not properly close and seal.
Repair, adjust or replace affected equipment to ensure door seals and ensure cold-holding temperature in this unit is maintained.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 05/16/2024
